Manali (1850m) to Naggar (2000m) by drive , it is about 25 km , it takes half an hour by drive.Trekking starts today from this place after visitng the Naggar Fort & Roerich Art Gallery .Stay at camp at Rumsu village (2300m). Walk is about 2 hours. |

Rumsu village to Chanderkhani Pass (3700m). Walk through a natural trail in dense deodar forest.The pass is grassy land with Rododrandum bush.Walk is about 7 hours. |

Chandrekhani pass to Malana village. Malana is famous for its unique story. At the time of Alexander, some Greek people were settled over here in this place & they think they are the supreme in the world.The village culture & the design of the houses are interesting. |

Malana to Jari & drive back to Manali. The driving is through Parbati valley, a green, narrow and deep valley leads towards the wide Kullu valley. |

Day 01:
Early morning arrival at Manali, Manali (2000m) to Bakarthach (3600m) via Dhundi (2800m) is about a 3 hours walk. Manali to Solang valley by drive & trek starts from Solang valley. An easy trek along the Beas river, through the pine forest a place to look for some extraordinary birds & small bears. To get a look of wild life depends on the camping area & time. Should camp in a moraine next to the Beas Kund glacier surrounded by many peaks. The Beas Kund Glacier is about 3 kms long, 1.5 kms wide & 600ft deep. |

Day 02:
Bakarthach to Beas Kund (3800m) & back to Bakarthach is about a 7 hours walk. A small but very deep lake at the base of the Setia Dhar Paek catches the eye for sure. The legendary man Rishi Beas used to take his bath on a daily basis in this lake during his meditation. The name of the area is kept after the name Beas Rishi. |

Back to Manali via Patalsu base. Today all the area includes a deep forest covering a beautiful & old village called Solang village. One can take a look at many animals. |

Manali (2000m) to Batal (3500m) via Rohtang Pass (3978m) by road which takes about 5 hours & a brief trek late afternoon. A memorable drive through deep & narrow valleys later on enjoying the view of the C.B. range, pinnacle of the peaks & the snake shaped stream are quite interesting. The camp area is full of different colored stones & the mountains at Batal. |

Batal to Chandertal Lake (4200m) is a 5 hours walk. A stunning view of C.B. range, C. B. 13, 14, 69 peaks, fresh blue water lake at the altitude of 4200m. Camp by the bank of the blue lake & watch the reflection of the mountain falling on it. The reflection of the stars in the night is the highlight of this trek. |

Chander Tal Lake to Tokpo Gongma (4320m) a walk of about 8 hours. A narrow valley leads towards the wider & higher gorge, which is nearby a famous peak. In this region the flowers including the yellow & blue poppy are the main attraction .One will love the view of the grazing sheep. |

Day 04:
M Topko Gongma to Topko Yongma (4700m) the journey is nearly a 6 hours walk. This place is full of cool water streams. One has to cross many streams repeatedly. The view of the Multila Peak from this area is a frame work of an artist. |

Day 05:
Tokpo Yongma to Baralachhala Pass (4800m). Today the walk is about 4 hours. A place where you will feel that you’re on the clouds. |

Drive back from Baralachala Pass to Manali. |

Day 01:
Manali to Lamadug. An uphill walk towards Khan Pari Tibba through a deep pine forest in store today while you enjoy the view of Manali and Pir punjal range. Distance is 16 kms which would take 5 hours of walking. |

Day 02:
Lamdug to Riel or Dora Nallah is a walk through thick Rodo bush & grassy patches. The distance to cover is 17 km which would take 6 hours. |

Day 03:
Dora Nallah to Base of Kali Hind Pass. An uphill walk on a grassy area through a deep valley that has a distance of 18 kms taking upto 7 hours to reach. |

Day 04 :
Base of Kali Hind Pass to the other base of the Kali Hind Pass via Kali Hind Pass (4800m) is a difficult walk on a very high altitude on Glacier. The distance that needs to be covered is of 14 kms which would take 8 hours. |

Day 05:
Base to Dhanku Thach is an easy walk by the valley where you find colored stones. Distance is 17 kms and by the watch it’d take 6 hours. |

Day 06:
Dhanku Thach to Dhamri Thach a traversing walk in the shepherd area that is a distance of 18 kms and takes 7 hours. |

Day 07:
Dhamri Thach To Ravi (Gaddi Thach), an easy walk on the trail of bears, the distance is 18 kms which would take 7 hours to be covered. |

Day 08:
Ravi to Bara Bhangal. This is a village in the dale which is spread over a number of kilometers and consists of 30 to 40 houses. A distance of 15 kms that takes 5 hours to reach the destination. |

Rest and explore the village. |

Day 10 :
Bara Bhangal to Thansar Pass (4200m) base is an uphill trail. The walk takes 7 hours to complete the distance of 18kms. |

Day 11 :
Thansar Pass Base to Panhartu via Thansar Pass is a challenging walk on the snow capped mountain. Distance of 20 kms takes up to 7 hours. |

Day 12 :
Panhartu To Billing is a walk through deep forests but it will prove to be an easy walk. The distance is 25 kms which takes 8 hours. |

Day 13 :
Billing to Bir & Dharamsala to Manali. Billing to Bir is near about on an 8 kms stretch that has a jeep trail and Bir to Dharamsala is about 20 kms. Bir to Manali is about 265 km. |

They left so many things behind. Ideas & style of living which the local people keep alive amongst themselves. It was a popular place for many powerful kings. The local culture, the architecture & life style are very noticeable. These impressions are by Hindus & Buddhists. This area is the boundary line of Zanskar valley & the green valley, an ideal place to find different Himalayan flowers & medical plants. To watch flowering here, the season is very important in which one comes. The months of July to September are perfect for this. Views of the wide valleys, rocks, flowers, peaks, glaciers, streams, river, villages, and flat plain lands, walks through moraines, glaciers, the grazing yak, deer, IBEX & also from the Kangla Pass is fabulous. |

It begins from central Himalaya & goes towards the Karakorum Range. The culture & the local surroundings are quite fascinating. The Phuktal monastery & the school is the main attraction. |

Day 03:
After a hearty walk in the morning along the Spiti river drive to Chander tal Lake. A lake flanked by two remote valleys behind high pass surrounded by glaciers, mountains and the C.B range lying in the lap of Himalaya at an elevation of 4200m, is called the moon land lake. Distance 115 km, it takes about 8 hours of driving. |

Day 04:
A walk around Gadhi Thach. Step onto the soft Himalayan grass after bed tea, breakfast and a circular trek around Chander Tal while you checkout the reflection of the Himalayan range falling on the clear blue lake. Then drive back to Manali. |
